Winter at Blue Springs Marina

When you've finally decided that sailing is too much work, (usually when you get real old...) then you graduate to trawlers or houseboats. Weekends on a sailboat are more like spending time in a doll house. The extra space on a houseboat would be welcome. If I'm ever rich, I'll have a house at the lake and at the marina, I'll have a sailboat and a houseboat. I guess I'd better get another lottery ticket this week.
